" With this layout I choose to represent the Cobra GT Mustang. It is a new SVT style high performance car that is coming out in 2007.

My plan was to make it simple yet High-Tech looking. All the images were downloaded from several Ford and Mustang sites that I researched. I started with a new layer and filled Black for my background. The main image of the car was cut out using the lasso tool. I got pretty close so I didn’t use a mask. The background layer is a superimposed picture of a Cobra GT logo. I scaled it with the transform tool, and then I lowered the opacity to 30% and the fill to 89%.

At the top and bottom I added a rectangle shape with the rectangular marquee tool then I gave it a gradient and changed the color to a Red Fading to Black. The four images on the left were brought in and scaled down to fit with each other. Then I gave them a Stroke of 1pixel in white. The Cobra Gt 500 Text I used was Eurostile. I found that font to have a race car vibe to it. I guess I just liked it. The rest of fonts used are Copperplate Gothic bold and Arial. The last thing I added was the grid formations ay the top and bottom. I used a filter I have called The Grid from the Filter Factory." RM
