started with a screen shot of a blank webpage to show the page in the
proper environment. Then I got a car stock photo image that I got from
Corbis.com, I used a black to transparent gradient to show the car
emerging from the black. I then put the Acura logo at the top with
the changes I mentioned. I then created roll over words for the side
with various information titles and placed them on a bar starting beyond
the logo to tie that to the design. The colors for these were taken
from the rust colored car to give a sense of unity. I then created
the bar at the top of the page with rollover words for several of the
new featured automobiles. I created a simulated a rollover state for
Main Menu and 2005 NSX and the popup window below containing a photo
of the car selected (2005 NSX). I put a stroke around the popup window
to match the colors used in the car and buttons. I also knocked back
the brightness a bit to match the logo and keep from being
blinded by the bright white on the popup.At the bottom,
I put their awards symbol (which they have on their splash page so they
must be very proud of it). I also put the same color stroke around the
awards symbol to continue the sense of unity and dropped the brightness
a bit.I used a basic Helvetica bold type for ease of reading." Sue
