2 rows on top for a large header and small subheader, and two columns below - with one of the columns divided into two more columns for interest.

2 small rows at top and bottom for footer and tiny header text.

steps:

1. Start dragging guidelines out from the sides of the page. All of your text and image boxes will snap to these guidelines.
2. Watch margins, line everything up, look for equal spacing.
3. Place some text - a good rule is big medium and small text, and even super small for footers. - big for headers, medium for sub - headers.
4. I was winging this so I didnt have any images that fit but I still had fun with what I had around.
5. I did a screenshot ( easy on the mac) and took it into pshop where I saved for web.
