"The chosen record company was Reprise Records. It is a Sister company to Warner Brothers and has worked alongside some of the greatest bands to date. As Reprise generally specializes with contemporary artists, Disturbed is what many would call a "diamond in the rough" when it comes to Reprise.

This would be Disturbed's 5th CD. Looking at their current styles, I decided to take their style and not only utilize past techniques, but also divert from the typical hardcore views and keep it on a simple scale. The one thing that did stay true to form on their CD is the lack of labels, designs and typeface. They tend to keep that area blank aside from the initial design. As my goal was to make this a "Greatest Hits" release, it also includes some of their greatest songs, along with the record breaking "Land of Confusion" remake.

Overall, this has been my favorite course. Not only did it challenge my knowledge in my favorite Adobe program, it was more on the laid back side and offered ample time to finish the assignments."
